Medium frequency induction furnace

The medium frequency induction furnace consists of the following parts: medium frequency power supply and electrical control part, furnace body part, transmission device and water cooling system.

1. Medium frequency power supply and electrical part
   

The power supply equipment includes high voltage or low voltage switch cabinet, medium frequency power supply (medium frequency generator set or thyristor inverter), power conversion switch, compensation capacitor and medium frequency control cabinet (power distribution operation table in front of the furnace), etc. The electrical part of large and large tonnage medium frequency furnace also includes crucible leakage furnace alarm system.

2. Furnace body part:

Medium and small medium frequency furnaces are equipped with two furnace bodies. One is used for production and the other is spare. The furnace body includes furnace cover, inductor, crucible, furnace frame, etc.

3. Transmission device:

The transmission device includes mechanical or hydraulic devices such as movement of furnace cover and tilting and resetting of furnace body.

4. Water cooling system:

Water cooling parts include: medium frequency power supply (thyristor medium frequency power supply or KGPS medium frequency power supply device, where the cooling water for the thyristor medium frequency power supply device needs to be softened), sensor, capacitor, bus, soft cable, etc. In order to save water, the circulating cooling method is usually adopted. The cooling water circulation system includes water pump, cooling tower, water tank, etc.
