4.1 Heating process requirements:

4.1.1 Round steel material: heating: Φ 26 × 200mm, Φ 45 × 105mm round steel, heating temperature: 1150 ° C, production capacity: 700KG round steel

4.1.2 Round steel specification range:

4.1.3 Heating temperature: 1150 ° C

4.1.4 Production: Larger round steel of about 700KG per hour .

4.1.5 The heating is stable during normal operation, the temperature fluctuation between each section is within ±20 °C ; the temperature difference of round steel after heating : axial ≤±20 °C ; radial (core table) ≤±20 °C

4.1.6 Rated intermediate frequency power factor is above 0.90

4.1.7 The cooling water supply system pressure is greater than 0.25MPa (normal water pressure is greater than 0.1MPa ) , the higher temperature is 60 °C , and the corresponding hose pressure and interface also need to be scaled up to safety standards.
