Rolling Mill Project

Overview of the rolling mill project

Raw materials: scrap steel

Finished products: 12-32mm steel bars

Production capacity: 10t/h, 60,000 tons/year

Related equipment: induction melting furnace, scrap steel suction plate, charging car, ladle, ladle reheating machine, billet continuous casting machine, billet cutting machine, roller table, etc.

Step 1: Melting scrap steel

The first step of this rolling mill project is to melt the scrap steel. The next step is to use a ladle to pour the liquid into the continuous casting machine to cast the billet, and then cut the billet into a fixed length.

Step 2: Roll the billet into the required steel bars

Reheat the billet and feed the hot billet into the rolling mill to process the steel bars. Related equipment: induction heating furnace, rolling mill group, cooling bed, shearing machine, packaging table track and other auxiliary equipment.
